Holly Noon, M.S., SHRM-CP (she/her/hers) is a mother, HR & DEI professional, content creator (YouTuber, Author, Podcaster), millennial, and social justice advocate. She brings 12+ years of experience related to human resources, DE&I, and social activism to her community. She attended the University of Central Florida, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in legal studies and a master’s degree in criminal justice. Also, Holly is an alumnus of the University of Florida, where she earned a master’s degree in management.
Holly resides in South Florida with her two young daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys podcasting, outdoor activities, and she volunteers in her community by offering workforce training to underserved and underrepresented groups through the Broward County Library System. She is an active member of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Inc., where she is the Regional Social Action Committee Chair for the South Atlantic Region, a member of NAACP, a leadership mentor for Butterfly Dreamz Inc., New Leaders Council-Broward County Chapter 2022 Fellow, and a member at large for the United Nations Association-Broward County.
