Debra Howard is a seasoned HR and operations leader with over two decades of experience in training, leadership development, change management, and healthcare claims administration.
Currently serving as an HR Training Manager at Firstsource, she drives leadership development through regional and global virtual training initiatives, collaborates with senior leadership to assess and address training needs across the U.S. and Mexico, and maintains a strategic training calendar.
Debra holds multiple professional designations from the Life Office Management Institute and International Claim Association, including FLMI (fellowship in Life Office Management), ACS (Associate in Customer Service), ALHC (Associate in Life and Health Claims), and PAHM
(Professional for the Academy of Healthcare Management), reflecting her deep expertise in life, health, and customer service management.
