Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs ensure that people with diverse backgrounds and talents have a voice within their companies, and as a result, we create more inclusive, successful organizations. When people unify based on what we share and embrace diversity, the end result is so much more robust, thoughtful, creative, and powerful. Yet in the United States, particularly with recent executive directives, many US companies are scaling back or eliminating their DEI programs.
