In a heartfelt and inspiring virtual gathering, the Alliance of Women in Workers’ Compensation will host a powerful panel featuring five incredible women, each representing a unique stage of life and career. From those single professionals, early professionals just beginning their journey, to single parents navigating both career and caregiving, to seasoned professionals balancing the needs of aging parents and young adult children, and women raising young families, this panel reflects the rich diversity of our experiences as working women.
The conversation will center on the common thread that connects us all: the daily “juggling act” we perform. Regardless of where we are in our careers or personal lives, we carry multiple roles and responsibilities — with strength, grace, and sometimes exhaustion. Our panelists will share not only their challenges but also the moments of joy, growth, and community that sustain them.
At the Alliance, we believe deeply in the power of support and connection. This discussion has been created to remind us that while our paths may look different, we are united in our shared experiences. It is our mission to walk beside each other, to lift one another up, and to create a space where every woman feels seen, heard, and supported—no matter what season of life she is in.
