The Alliance of Women in Work Comp is pleased to launch its 2nd annual Mentoring Program for the Workers’ Compensation Industry in support of our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) mission. We are passionate about putting a focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion by supporting the career growth of women in our industry.
The time to do better and be better is now.
Our Mentoring Program is intentional about making visible progress to help grow careers and increase diverse representation in key roles throughout the industry. The program provides 1:1 mentor and mentee partnerships between leaders and emerging professionals in their journey to better develop skills to enhance their personal and professional lives. All with a goal of creating pathways of equitable growth and opportunities for underrepresented groups of women within our industry.
