Reflecting on 2024

As we reflect on an incredible year for the Alliance of Women in Workers’ Compensation, we are filled with gratitude and pride for the strides we’ve been able to make together. In 2024, our theme “Ignite Your Potential” inspired us to empower each other, build connections, and grow across our network. As we prepare to embrace 2025’s theme “All-in” we’re excited to build on our momentum with renewed commitment to you and our industry.

2024: Potential, Ignited

This year was marked by incredible milestones, including:

• 4,420 email subscribers and 9,700 social media followers joined the Alliance
• We connected with 3,500 industry professionals through 93 events both in-person and virtual
• We hosted 20 webinars, 15 collaboration sessions, and 39 Ambassador-led events

National and Ambassador Highlights

At a national level, we brought powerful messages to life including:

• Leading from Within – The Heart of Exceptional Leadership
• Rise and Resilience – Bringing Inspiration
• Moving the Dial
• Ignite Your Potential

All together these national events reached 749 attendees and celebrated our themes of resilience, innovation, and leadership.

Our Ambassadors shared some of their favorite event highlights:

2025: Going “All-In”

Looking ahead, we’re challenging ourselves – and our community – to commit fully. To be “All-In” means embracing challenges, showing up authentically, and investing in DEIB and each others’ growth.
