The Alliance of Women in Workers’ Compensation is thrilled to announce the addition of two dynamic leaders to its Board of Directors: Darcy K. Lincoln, Assistant Vice President of Managed Care Cost Strategies at PMA Companies, and Stephanie Narvades, Chief Financial Officer at Healthesystems. Their expertise and dedication to empowering women embody the Alliance’s commitment to unlocking the full potential of women in the workers’ compensation industry.
The Alliance’s vision is an industry positively impacted by women who are equitably represented, developed, and retained. With a mission focused on inspiring the industry to invest in the development of women of diverse backgrounds and cultures through educational experiences, intentional support, and collaborative relationships, we are excited to welcome Darcy and Stephanie during this pivotal time for our organization.
“We are incredibly excited to welcome Darcy and Stephanie to our board,” said Kimberly George, Board President of the Alliance of Women in Workers’ Compensation. “Their extensive experience and passion for fostering growth in our industry will be invaluable as we continue to implement our strategic vision and ignite the potential of women in workers’ compensation.”
This year, the Alliance has embraced the theme of “Ignite Your Potential,” emphasizing the importance of personal and professional growth within the industry. Over the past year and a half, the Alliance board has undertaken a comprehensive strategic planning initiative, developing a roadmap for our future. With strong leaders like Darcy and Stephanie joining our ranks, we are confident in our ability to execute this vision effectively.
